Have the following details available
- Date of Hire
- Numbers of people
- Proposed Activity
- Time of hire which includes the time for set up and clean up
- Liability Insurance - If you have existing Insurance, documentation must be sighted. If not, you can purchase insurance through us (cost $50).
Once details are confirmed you will be required to sign a Facilities User Agreement once. You can then book the facility as much as you want using a simple booking form.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Balance of payment is required 7 days prior to your event. If booking within 7 days the full amount is required.
Refunds and Cancellations
A minimum of 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required. A refund of your deposit less a $15 administration charge will apply.
Cancellation within 2 days of your event forfeits your deposit.
Payment is usually month in advance with a 3-12 month commitment and negotiated notice period.
We will negotiate discounts off the casual rates based on the commitment period, number of rooms, etc..
We provide discounts and concessions for community organisations and not for profit groups.
